Use the auto-text feature on your phone. You can do this by starting a blank text message or writing in a notes app. After you've typed the phrase "I don't know what I'm doing" allow your phone to narrate the rest.

On Android phones, you usually have 3 word choices, with an additional 7 to 10 on the drop down menu, choosing any one of these words is fine—it doesn't have to be the very next word offered. Continue “writing” until you reach a natural end point.
