New Rules

DAY 1 OF 30 | PROMPT BY JIREH DENG

Think about a rule or a law. This could be an amendment to the constitution, the law of thermodynamics, the golden rule: treat others like you would want to be treated, etc.

Say the law acts on bodies/states/objects; now turn the law inside out and how would it act on another object? If the law is about the conservation of mass, turn it to the conservation of memory.

How does this new law operate in the world? How does it become overarching or irrelevant? How do you study or witness this law in action or how does it guide human understanding and behavior?
