Prose Poem

DAY 4 OF 30 | PROMPT BY BY DANIEL ROMO

Write a prose poem that includes:

1) part of a familiar children’s song with an unfamiliar twist - "this old man came rolling home and left his wife on a park bench"

2) a first-person observation

3) an idiom, but change the last word of the idiom to a word that rhymes with the original word - "to each his lone"

4) a final piece of the children's song
